Hello! Today I made pizza for dinner but instead of a flour crust I made a crust entirely from cheese. This was a complete experiment but I'm glad I did it because it was so delicious. It looked and tasted like a real pizza, thin crust of course! I think next time I'm going to add pizza seasoning instead of the parsley, oregano, and garlic powder. I felt like it could have used a deeper flavor with some extra salt. Anyway, have fun cooking!

Notes:
- This makes one personal pan pizza
- Spray a GLASS pan with cooking spray
- Watch it when your first baking the crust so that you don't burn it
- When you bake it for the first time it will spread out
- I suggest that when you top it, put more then just cheese and sauce on it or it may not taste as good. The pepperonis were perfect
